Las Golondrinas translates to (The Swallows) where each year the swallows come back to nest year after year. The apartments are surrounded with manicured gardens with floral dispays of seasonal flowers. The gardens surround the comminal pool (child shallow and deeper end)
Leading to a terraced garden and BBQ area leading to direct access to the beach. The beach welcomes the keen fisherman, rock pool hunters of those who enjoy the golden sands and sunbathing.
Just a five minute walk along the beach you will find various beach bars (chiringuitos), one popular is El Bombo beach.
Close to the apartments is the village of La Cala de Mijas. In the last few years the village has grown but has retained its andalucian charm. Every wednesday and Saturday there is a market that sells fresh local produce as well as gifts and plants as well as clothes and pottery.
